The person I’ve made my leadership speech about Vladimir Lenin himself was my choice, mostly because my mum really dove into history when she attended Bay of Islands College.

His leadership was more about thinking smart, mission focused but he wasn’t so good at being positive to his culture from leading his men into war and starvation.

This topic really challenged my thinking because for me, history is really hard and I didn’t have too much information about him compared to someone like my mum.

I really enjoyed creating this speech because I learnt alot this from where we started.

Leadership within our school.

I’m reflecting on how this school has something like an animal food chain and us as students are at the bottom and technically the government is on the top.

Basically just about leadership within our school. Falling under ranks like deputy head girl/boy and something like teacher.

I’ve learnt all different types of names for each rank or role (that’s what I’m going to call it). Finding out what each role does and benefits the school.

This topic relates to leadership and that’s what we’re been learning about this past unit and mostly about government which goes with leadership.

I’ve learnt how important the different roles in our school are.

Overall I learnt a lot from each role and I’ve found this to be very interesting and this should be shown to others so the teachers give more respect for what they do. :)

The Nazi

The Nazi party from Germany was instructed by the one and only Adolf Hitler.

A positive is knowing that hitler was a great leader for the LDF since before he became a leader he was great! positive culture by building relationships with others.

At first I felt bad for the some of the Nazi party mainly because some them were just encouraged to join and kill people or else they would be put in the same position as the jews

The National Socialist German Workers’ Party, or Nazi Party, grew into a mass movement and ruled Germany through totalitarian means from 1933 to 1945 under the leadership of Adolf Hitler (1889-1945).

I want to know the answer to is why did the Nazi go along with Hitler and what were there thought when they killed so many people and if the war and how it affected them in any ways.

Leadership

This unit we’ve been researching about governments and leadership also leadership within our school. What is leadership exactly?

Leadership can mean multiple things like rikes, responsibilities, and the will to move on, well that’s I think. My understanding of democracy is basically voting which happens every 3 years, and the right to vote.

From what I’ve read, small governments are worse than big governments. Democracy, government and leadership all belong in this topic, like without one you cannot have the others. Leadership within our school is a factor that links to our topics. I had a really hard time learning about government and each part because I’ve never really gotten into politics and all that jazz.

My issue was about potholes and that can be a very good change so there are less accidents and less damage done to cars.
